Conditions

The services of Yvie B.V. are charged at an hourly rate. The assignment will be outlined beforehand so no surprises in results and costs can occur during the project.

Education and work experience

Yvonne Hoogendoorn has finished her masters in sociology and as knowledge engineer in 1996. She started her professional career in ICT. In 1999 she switched to Human resources and as an HR advisor she has extensive experience in advising management teams and developing business plans and strategy.

Since 2002 she has started Yvie bv.
From 2002-2008 She has worked as export manager for Orion in the environmental services. During this period she has set up, expanded and professionalized the sales network, mostly in Europe. Orion is now active in 20 countries.

Since 2009 she has started as independent adviser in export management and is specialized in:

• Export strategy;
• Contracting for export projects;
• Expanding sales and distribution networks;
• Finding new business partners;
• Coaching for export management skills.
